Animation course for children

In our advanced animation course, children deepen their knowledge in the world of moving images – with new techniques, digital tools and plenty of room for their own projects. If you’ve ever worked with stop motion, you’ve come to the right place! Together, we build our skills in 2D and 3D animation, explore digital animation with ProCreate , and design professional sets for our films.

What can your child expect in the course?

A creative journey through advanced animation techniques:

• Deepen stop motion: Build your own characters and scenery, develop stories and implement them even more vividly with professional tricks such as green screen or lighting.
• 3D animation and sets: We design and build sets for our films – from miniature landscapes to complex backdrops that bring stories to life.
• Digital animation with ProCreate: Here, the children learn how to implement their ideas digitally – from character design to finished animation.
• Experimental techniques: Combining materials, multiplane effects , and digital post-processing for unique results.

At the end of the course, we present all films at a joint premiere – a special experience for all participants!

Who is the course for? For children who already have their first experience with animation and want to expand their skills. Ideal for those who like to tell stories, experiment and implement their ideas professionally.

• Course period: 4 January to 29 June 2025 (no course during school holidays)
• Time: Mondays, 4:30–6:00 p.m. (weekly)
• Age group: 9–14 years

• Price: from 25 € trial ticket, then 10 tickets 250 euros (monthly club price on request)
