Larissa Bertonasco
Illustrator
Larissa Bertonasco, born 1972 in Heilbronn, studied Italian and art history for a few semesters in Siena and Hamburg. Afterwards she deepened her studies of illustration at Armgartstrasse, today HAW Hamburg in the Department of Design. Afterwards she graduated in 2003 with the cookbook “La nonna La cucina La vita”, which became a bestseller. The book has now been published in its 14th edition and has been translated into several languages. Since then she has worked freelance as an illustrator for magazines, publishing houses and advertising.
She also organizes culinary readings and exhibitions and has been co-editor and author of the women’s drawing magazine SPRING since 2004. She also runs workshops and art projects with children and young people. he also gives courses and lectures for students and adults. She has two children and lives together with the painter Ari Goldmann in Hamburg.
